Preparation: prawns, snails, white clams, abalone. -

Garlic, coriander, spicy millet, small lime, yellow lemon. -

Cut the ingredients and put them into a long plate. -

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil, mix well, and the sauce is ready. -

Boil water in a pot and add ginger slices. First add prawns and blanch abalone until cooked. -

Add in the white clams and blanch the snails until cooked. Take them out as soon as they open. Cook the snails for a minute or two. -

Remove the heads and shells of the prawns. Remove half of the shells and leave half of the meat for easy eating. -

Put all the ingredients into the prepared sauce, stir well and taste. -
