Daily Miscellaneous-[Quick Dishes] Tomato Shrimp

  • Cut the tomatoes and onions into 1cm thick pieces, and mince the garlic.

  • Mix the seasoning ingredients evenly.

  • Devein the shrimp from the shrimp, wash and dry. Put it into a container that is ready to be put into the microwave, add the pickling ingredients, and mix well.

  • Add the ingredients in steps 1 and 2 to the shrimp and stir evenly.

  • Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.

  • Add cornstarch to water and melt to make gravy. Pour into the chopped tomato and shrimp soup and mix slightly.

  • Cover with plastic wrap again and burn at 600W for 1 minute. Take it out and stir it. Finish.
