How to make Cantonese Cordyceps Flowers, Mushrooms and Red Date Chicken
1.Wash the mushrooms first Soak until soft and cut into shreds.
2. The red dates can be cut into shreds or side-cut. You can do as you like. If you don’t like the sweetness, you can just steam them whole. The ingredients are ready, as shown below
