Soak the black and white fungus and wash them; slice the lean meat and marinate it with oil, salt and cornstarch; cut the garlic sprouts into small sections; mince the ginger and garlic. -

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant. -

Pour in the meat slices and stir-fry until they change color. -

Pour in the black and white fungus. -

Stir fry for a while. -

Pour in the garlic sprouts and stir-fry for a while. -

Pour in some boiling water, stir-fry, cover and simmer. -

After 3 minutes, open the lid, add salt and soy sauce and stir-fry for a while. -
