Add pepper, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, star anise powder and cooking wine to the meat filling. -

Tips
Won stew soup: boil water + soy sauce + shrimp + salt + MSG + white vinegar + pepper and let cool. The hot wonton stew is not so hot when added to the cold soup. (If you like coriander, add some chopped coriander on top.
