Wash the red dates, remove the core and chop into small pieces. -

Tips
If you don’t like sour food, just reduce the amount of hawthorn and increase the amount of rock sugar. Boiled apples and hawthorns are also delicious and can be eaten. If you don’t like eating them, just drinking water is not bad.
