Soak compressed kelp in warm water. -

Wash and prepare the plates. -

Cilantro, minced garlic, millet and pepper. -

Put coriander, millet pepper, and minced garlic on top of the kelp. -

Adequate amount of salt, light soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil to taste. -

Pour into the plate and mix well. -
