Drawing of required materials. You only need 5 broccoli, 1/3 carrot and 1/2 seafood mushroom. I made it for one person, so I ordered all the ingredients. -

Remove the shells and muddy threads from the shrimps, wash and cut the seafood mushrooms, peel and slice the carrots, wash the broccoli, divide 1 into 2, beat the eggs and fry them for later use p> -

Put oil in the pot, heat the oil and add the shrimp shells and onions, stir-fry the shrimp oil, and remove the shrimp shells and onions -

Put carrots and seafood mushrooms into the pot and stir-fry -

After the seafood mushrooms are out of water, add hot water to the pot. -

Boil water and add broccoli -

Then add the shrimp -

Then add the fried eggs, boil for 2 minutes, add salt, and then turn off the heat -

Put it in a bowl and start eating.
Tips
Put the shrimp in the refrigerator to freeze it, so it is easier to put the shrimp into the shell.
