Recipe of Stewing Pork Belly with Beans and Potatoes
1. Fry the green beans in a hot pan without adding oil until they are green (I personally like to fry the green beans in a dry pan first)
2.Prepare the ingredients, ginger slices, green onions, minced garlic, aniseed, bay leaves, small peppers
3. Wash and remove potatoes. Leather spare
4. Blanch the pork belly, slice it, put oil in the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed and bay leaves, pour in the pork belly, stir-fry over high heat until fragrant, add soy sauce and soybean paste to stir-fry, Then pour in the green beans and stir-fry, then use a spoon to break the potatoes into small pieces and put them into the pot, add water, and put 3/1 of the water in the vegetable.
5. Bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat , stew for 25 minutes
