Rinse the floating soil on the surface of the mushrooms with water, no need to soak them -

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces -

Peel and wash the white radish and cut into hob pieces -

Pour some oil into the pot and heat it, add 2/3 of the tomatoes and stir-fry to make the juice -

Pour in water and bring to a boil, then add dried mushrooms and white radish -

Change to medium heat, cover the pot lid, and cook for about 20 minutes -

Open the lid, add the remaining 1/3 tomato cubes and cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Finally, add salt, white pepper and sesame oil and stir well.
