Ingredients: Gluten, bamboo shoots (peeled and cleaned), green peppers (stems removed and seeds removed). -

Tear apart the gluten. -

Place the green peppers on the cutting board and cut them. -

Place the bamboo shoots on the chopping board and slice them. -

Put the chopped bamboo shoots into a pot of water and blanch for 6 minutes. -
