Wash the old tofu, cut into small cubes, and soak in light salt water for about 10 minutes. -

Wash the spinach and blanch it. -

Cut the blanched spinach into small pieces. -

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, drain the diced tofu and cook until the pot is boiling! -

Add spinach segments and bring to a boil again. -

Add salt and pepper to taste. -

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil.
