Soak the kelp silk and cut into sections. -

A piece of tofu, washed. -

Cut the tofu into cubes. Chop onion and ginger. -

Heat a wok, add oil, sauté onion and ginger until fragrant, add tofu cubes and stir-fry until both sides are golden brown. -

Add water to the pot, add shredded kelp, add the prepared seasoning and simmer for five minutes. -

When the kelp is cooked, stop the heat and remove from the pot.
