Clean the chestnuts. -

Cut a cross on the chestnut and make it as long as possible. -

Put water, sugar and chestnuts into the pot and cook for 20 minutes. -

Add cooking oil, stir evenly, place it in the air fryer, and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. -
