Peel the lotus root, cut into thin slices, and wash with water. -

Blanch it in water and take it out. -

Put it into clean water and cool it. -

Mash garlic into puree. -

Adequate amount of salt, light soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil to make a sauce. -

Add some water to the lotus root, put it into a bowl, and add millet and pepper. -

Pour over the prepared sauce, garnish with coriander, and mix well before serving. -
