Ingredients: Sauce meat (washed), mushrooms (washed), green and red peppers (stems, seeds removed and washed). -

Place the green and red peppers on the chopping board and cut into pieces. -

Place the mushrooms on the cutting board and cut into slices. -

Put the chopped mushrooms into a pot of boiling water and blanch them. -

Next, add the sauce and blanch it for 10 minutes and take it out. -

Place on the chopping board to cool, then cut into slices. -

Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped peppers and the soy sauce meat and stir-fry until the peppers are broken. -

Then add the blanched mushrooms and stir-fry. -

Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt. -
