Soak beef ribs in water to remove blood, wash and set aside. -

Slice ginger. -

Cut bell peppers and onions into cubes and set aside. -

Heat oil in a pot and stir-fry ginger slices until fragrant. -

Add in the beef ribs and stir-fry to dry out the water. -

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and black pepper sauce. -
