How to make cold green peppers
1.Wash the green peppers and pour them directly into the pot without draining them (do not add oil)
2. Stir-fry over medium heat until it looks like tiger skin. Stir-fry continuously during the whole process. Do not cover the pot.
3. After frying the tiger skin, pour it into the prepared cold water and wash it twice, then tear it into strips by hand, and decide the size according to your own taste. I tore this one in half. .
4.Put the torn peppers into a bowl, pour all the ingredients together, and drizzle with hot oil.
5.Picture of the finished product. If you like preserved eggs, you can eat them cold. It tastes great, but I didn’t make them because I don’t like them.
