How to make cold spinach and enoki mushrooms
1.Wash the spinach and soak it Ten minutes!
2. Boil water in the pot until it boils! Add spinach and blanch for two minutes!
3. Fish out of the water!
4. Control the water and cut into sections!
5. Chop the ginger and garlic into mince!
6.Put the spinach in a bowl and add the minced garlic and ginger!
7.Add enoki mushrooms, vinegar, oil, sesame oil, salt and light soy sauce and mix well!
8. Take a plate and pour in the mixed spinach and enoki mushrooms!
