Peach gum is reserved. -

Soaked peach gum. (Soak in cold water for two hours) -

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, pour in the peach gum, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for half an hour, then turn to low heat. When the water stops boiling, break in two eggs. -
