How to make yuba and spinach with soy sauce
1. Prepare the ingredients, remove the old spinach leaves and clean them.
2. Cut the yuba into sections. (I used fresh yuba. If it is dried yuba, it needs to be soaked in advance.)
3.Pot Boil water, add yuba and blanch it for one minute, take it out and set aside.
4. Boil water in the pot again, add a little salt after the water boils, add spinach and blanch it for two minute.
