Soak the purchased yuba in cold water for about 2 hours in advance. -

Cut the soaked yuba into small sections with kitchen scissors. -

Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and blanch the yuba for 10 seconds. Remove from cold water and drain. -

Mince the garlic, cut off the coriander, and cut the green onions into shreds. -

Prepare dried chili peppers and peppercorns. -

Put the yuba in a large bowl, add the minced garlic, shredded green onions and coriander segments, add a little salt and chicken essence. -

Tips
