First cut the cauliflower into pieces and soak in salt water for ten minutes. Heat oil in a pan, drain and add cauliflower.
Saute the cauliflower in hot oil until golden brown, remove from the pan first.
Heat oil in the pot, add green onion slices, garlic cloves and pork belly. Stir fry until fragrant.
Stir-fry.
Put the cauliflower into the pot and continue to stir fry.
Simmer for a while and serve.
