Chop the carrots into fine pieces and chop the green onions into finely chopped pieces. -

Stir milk and flour until there are no particles (either medium, medium or low flour is acceptable). -

Crack in the eggs and add salt. -

Add carrots and green onions and mix well. -

Grease an 8-inch non-stick pan with a thin layer of oil, pour a tablespoon of batter, shake evenly into a pancake shape, and fry over low heat until solidified. -

Turn over and fry. (About 10 seconds, the tender ones will become soft.) -
