How to make cold rapeseed egg pancakes
1. Select the yellow leaves of rapeseed, clean them, cut off the roots, and keep only the leaves. Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add the rapeseed. Blanch it until it becomes soft. Remove the water when it is done.
